The Game of Games?
Nothing else can even compare. Not Pong, not Asteroids, not Pacman, not Hustle (or Nibbles or Snake as it is also known), and definitely not that pretender to the throne (well, not the same throne, but it's a pretender to the throne anyway), Scorched Earth. Tiny bugs like Thrust, Space Invaders and Lunar Lander need not apply at all. Which of these two is the Game of Games?ArkanoidTetrisShow results The league of sadistic telepaths: "There's someone in your head and it's not you"

Frikkin' Tetris! There are no flowers, no not this time. There will be no angels gracing the lines, just these stark words I find.

Quote:and definitely not that pretender to the throne (well, not the same throne, but it's a pretender to the throne anyway), Scorched Earth.Bah. No game of Tetris can ever compare to the sublime glory of an enemy tank perishing in a hellstorm of nuclear fire manifested as a simple expanding sphere of color.

Are you people mad?! N, of course! What could be cooler than controlling a godlike ninja who uses his supernatural powers to collect gold and reach unnecessary doors?

Tetris. Any game created by a Russian who eventually killed himself - driven by the insanity of his own game...is worth my vote.

TetrisMy thought patterns parallel Alexei's. Useless art is simply tolerated vandalism. I am a vandal.
Re: The Game of Games?
While tetris is not currently a member of the holy trinity of time wasters (solitare, timesweeper, and hearts), it really should be. But, as much as I love tetris, my heart shall belong to guild wars. Damn I love that game.
