Download it, first of all.Then you should have a "scenarios" directory under the Civilization II directory on your harddrive. Unzip the contents of the file to a new directory/folder under the "scenarios" directory titled "arctic45". Then just run it like you run a normal scenario from the Civ screen.If you don't have the Fantastic Worlds scenario expansion package, it probably won't work. Useless art is simply tolerated vandalism. I am a vandal.

Blah.I wonder if it'd be legal to zip that cd up and distribute it now that MicroProse is out of business?EDIT:The scenario will work if you have CivII Multiplayer Gold.You might also be able to get the FW patch from Civfanatics or Apolyton. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure about that.
