Confused much? Why yes, I am. There are no flowers, no not this time. There will be no angels gracing the lines, just these stark words I find.

Still confused with no one explaining anything? Why yes, I am. There are no flowers, no not this time. There will be no angels gracing the lines, just these stark words I find.

So....what dates would we be dealing with here?I see a flight that leaves on the 19th of October and returns on the 26th of that month. I'm not sure when my college (if I get in anywhere, of course *fingers crossed*) has October holidays, but that was around the time you guys were saying, yes? Still in D.C.? We don't know the dates yet, but that might be a good time. New York seems more likely if you check the OT poll. And fall holidays? Trinity doesn't even start till October, does it?

I was hoping to be home the weekend following October 20th, because that's my 21st birthday, and I'd planned on going out drinking with my best friend (who would have to travel to see me), but I might just be able to postpone that until the following weekend. I'd hate to miss my 21st birthday, though. Really I would.I think September is out for me entirely, since I'll be doing various things every week, and a trip across the country would probably be a very bad idea. Summer quarter ends the 9th (and I need to move out of this place by then), followed by Fall move-in the 17th/18th, and instruction starting the 22nd.And I still prefer NY. *throws grenade for the hell of it*BO0O0O0O0/\/\!!!!!!

If anyone happens to care: Since I'll be living in New Haven, a trip to New York is not out of the question, depending on the date, of course. Most people would sooner die than think; in fact, they do so. - Bertrand Russell

New Haven is about 1.5 to 2 hours away from New York City, depending on whether or not you get the express, if you take the Metro North. And it's relatively cheap.

Accomodation would be my problem. Anyone I could stay with or at least kip on their couch for whatever dates get arranged? Wil Nider to the HyperboreansEoin to the restZirandorthel to the ages

Yes. It costs only about $24 roundtrip from New Haven to New York. It would also be my first time to New York, aside from when I was two, which I don't remember at all. Most people would sooner die than think; in fact, they do so. - Bertrand Russell

Eoin-Depending on the dates, of course, you could crash on my couch, provided you're willing to go to Philadelphia and drive to NY/DC with me.

I for one (it would seem) like Philly. I wouldn't be able to help with the driving or anything. I'll probably have learnt how by then, I'm just terrified of your roads Wil Nider to the HyperboreansEoin to the restZirandorthel to the ages
