Judging by how many Duchies the Landsraad has dissolved in the past (currently, none), that would be a very hard precedent to assume.Really, you're assuming far too much. The act dissolved the duchies for the sake of reorganizing them. They are then reformed, with the exception of Hyperborea, not archived. It was fairly implicit that the old forums were going to be used. The DRA said nothing about archiving and hiding the old forums. It said nothing about creating new forums, new flags, new names. Nothing. Where you came up with all that, I am unsure, but it sure as Hell isn't in the Act passed by the Landsraad.You archived Brookshire, Yardistan, and Kildare all at once and then hid them, depriving the vast majority of Shirerothians of years of history and culture. Did you even stop to think about that? And you keep telling people that you were just having "fun." Having "fun" with your administrative powers is not in your job description. The Landsraad told me to dissolve the Duchies and replace them. I did so.If you want confirmation, take a look at the bill in the passed bills forum.And the Prætor agrees that the bill states that the Duchies were supposed to be dissolved, and it makes sense to archive their fora and replace them with new fora.There was no need for this bill to be passed, either.
