Besides, hiding all of the duchies because they have no duke makes no sense. I think you're getting behind yourself.The flags are irrelevant.The names were, during the time I was updating the archives, adjusted to codenames so I wouldn't get them confused with the former Duchies' archives when modifying the fora. I gave them names from 1984 because it's amusingly appropriate for Shireroth, considering its traditions and such.In any case, the only steps remaining in the transistory state of the DRA are for people who haven't yet to decide what Duchy they are going to reside in and for the Kaiser to appoint the three Dukes.In the meanwhile, there are no Nobles, and subsequently no Landsraad (effectively).
