I think this posticon sums up recent events far more eloquently than I ever could - nevertheless, I should probably continue, considering how many people here don't check the world outside Shireroth.Recently, Babkha, Baracao, and Treesia got embroiled in a conflict over two pieces of land, the Lighthouse City State and the Far Reaches. All three nations claimed both of these areas. Baracao and Treesia worked out a treaty in which Baracao got Lighthouse and Treesia got the Reaches, and then both states cooperated against Babkha.This angered the Babkhans, who cancelled their alliance with Baracao and unrecognized both countries. Ardashir Khan, a private citizen of Babkha and a former Lighthousian citizen who the Baracaoans used sketchy means to strip of his citizenship, attacked Lighthouse and deleted its board in protest - the Babkhan government stated they did not support this action. The Baracaoans said that they held the Babkhans responsible but said they would not "stoop to their level".The latest incident is that Ardashir Khan obtained evidence of a Treesian/Baracaoan plan to destroy Babkha. This is very disturbing information. The current state of affairs is thus:1. Ardashir is trying to convince everyone that the Treesians and Baracaoans are really evil people based on aforementioned plan. Particularly possible are actions against joint Babkhan-Baracaon citizen Atash Rahmani on charges of treason.2. Babkha has abandoned all its claims and deunrecognized Treesia and Baracao, meaning it is likely Baracao will keep Lighthouse and Treesia keep the Far Reaches.3. Ardashir is likely to undergo trial in some neutral nation for his deletion of Lighthouse. Shireroth originally supported Babkha in its claim to the Far Reaches, but now that that claim has been dropped we have no particular opinion on this whole affair, except that Treesia STILL needs to do something about it having Lac Glacei, which is ours.

Why not just try him in Babkha where the judicial system has a very high reputation for its impartiality and professionalism? The only other such nation would be Ascalon, but I'm not sure if they'd deal with intermicronational trials.

Basicly I made a comment about their forums looking bad when they reformed...and they started throwing insults at us...not just about the aesthetics of our board...so i decided not to recognise the newly reformed baracao.if the babkhan's have a fair and impartial system, I see no problem with trying him there since we don't really have a coherent judicial system...and we aren't on good terms with baracao.
