And tomorrow morning, at 8AM PST...
...I leave to see my father's mother for quite possibly the last time. This last week, cancer was discovered in her lungs. After running tests, it was discovered that cancer was not only in her lungs, it was in her liver, her bones, her spine, and her brain. On top of this, she also has been diagnosed with emphyzema and blindness. (The blindness was actually known about previous to this, but this was the first actual diagnosis). The doctors give her a few weeks.I will see you all on Sunday night or Monday. So, if god is falliable, does that mean that this universe (or plane of existence, depending on your style of thought) could be nothing more than a metaphysical trashcan?Platypi point to this being true.

You have my deepest sympathykeep strong "Disclaimer: Whatever is in the above post is probably a result of my blind following of Kieran Bennett, because I have even less of a brain than Kieran. Don't even get me started on my lack of independent thought."

Most things in life, you can shake your headand sigh..."This, too, shall pass."But death is different.Nothing can be saidto justify the factthat what was onceis gone. And worse even yetis lingering regretof things not saidand things not done. But here with you,you have the chanceto say goodbyeand still...Is it notmore painful thenwhen days so surelycome to end...And life goes on...Not knowing when...My deepest sympathies...

Update: She has Lung Cancer, Liver Cancer, Bone Cancer, Brain Cancer, Spinal Cancer, Emphyzema, Pneumonia, and is now paralyzed on her left side due to a stroke.Doctors give her a day to a week.
