The Website! ALL Ministers and Nobles should read this!

Post by Erik Mortis »

Right. The site ISSSSSS up. All Ministers and Nobles need to make a page. Ministers and Dukes have FTP accounts that lets them put their pages in place themselves. Dukes must put their baron's stuff in place for them.Contact me for FTP info.I'll soon be teaching a class on HTML and FTPing for everyone. Nothing fancy. And their is a "template" page that is to be the well... template for ALL ministry pages to help keep a uniformed look. http://www.shireroth.org/template.html You can rearrange ANYTHING inside the white. but the rest must stay the same. Make sure you keep the "back" link going to the right places. You'll also notice that all ministries and subdivisions that haven't yet made a page have a temp page up. this is a good place to start. Well, it's a good thing I was using that template anyway... and I have a *much* fancier page that says the page will be up I'm actually quite decent at HTML, it's FTP that gets the better of me.... I would focus on that first Erik, since I have a feeling that feeling is mutual among most.

If any of you want something without columns, get the page source for the FAQ and delete the text in the middle as a template...I'll do that when I get back tonight.

And don't worry about FTP...if you want, you can send me or Erik the files and we'll put them on the site if you can't do it yourself.

FTP would be section 3. Sections 1-2 would be very short. 1 is just an intro.. 2 is just how to set up the basic structure tags... Erik Mortis BrookshireCommoner of Alexandretta
