I would stay here...The only micronation I have ever concidered joining as a dual citizen so far is Treesia. To get shit done, they need each other. The Tsar is the sole source of legislation, but there are various ways around this and legislation can only be enforced if the Sabor consents. It's more complex then that of course, but I'm not going to explain it all now since I don't think I'm going to really want anyone from here except for maybe Locke or along those lines. If I can make a proposal that might help David's problem:What if you were to make this nation a protectorate of Shireroth? It would be allowed to do everything a normal independent nation does except it would nominally swear allegiance to the Kaiser (sort of like how South Mondesia was back in the old days). This would allow us to waive tri-cit on you so David could join, and we could help you with some stuff like defense and such.We don't currently have laws handling this, but if you were to be interested I could draft some.

I'd want to try to bring in new people almost entirely. I've tried rebuilding Istvanistan three times. It never seems to like it I don't feel there's a whole lot I can do with it and I don't think I could attract a whole lot of new people and energy with an old idea especially since the dismal failure of my last attempts.well, actually it was going to be more like a kind of 19th century Tsarist Russia meets Louis XVI's France but wasn't really going to be expansionist (since when have I ever been?) but since you feel so strongly about it...
