I did not necessarily say that anyone would like what he said or necessarily feel bound by it.But yes, let us unban Ryan. I don't see him as an immediate danger, and if he was, he'd find a way to be one without us unbanning him anyway.

Shireroth became holder of it, which I am sure no-one in there right mind will deny.
