Every Swede knows that elks are the mutant mounts by which the Lapps ride down from the Finnmark to bring rapine and inedible reindeer jerky to suburban Stockholm. Sadly, the poor Swedish conscript army is totally ineffective in blocking the Lapps.
Incidentally, the base animal from which elks were mutated is called a mööse. Öne bit my sister önce.
