The Kaiser is dead: death spare the Kaiser.
Hail, people of Shireroth!
The sorrow of the passing of my predecessor is as strong as my surprise at the contents of his will; nonetheless, it is my solemn duty to take up his seat upon the Golden Mango Throne. I know not how I will fare as your Kaiser, but I shall carry out my reign as best as I know how.
Death spare you all!

I dunno about the name...and I can't see the signature image...but other than that, yeah, definitely hail the Kaiser.

I did that on purpose; Google Sites is a little funny about image linking, and I've had situations thus far where leaving off that part has led to improper displaying. Nonetheless, since in this case it seems to work better without it... *Changes the URL* Thank you for spotting that, CJ.
In the end, I felt that B'caw would work, because:
a) The name is undoubtedly mine to use, since I introduced B'caw into the pantheon;
b) B'caw is still one of the Major Gods, and therefore perfectly legitimate as a namesake (though since most of the other silly Gods got demoted to Demigods some time back, I've never been sure why B'caw stayed where he was, nor did I dare to ask);
c) I believe, quite strongly and sincerely, that it is not good for people to take themselves or micronations too seriously, and that too many people are nonetheless doing so;
d) I've always wanted to.
So some amount of thought did go into it. Maybe not as professional as some of the other choices would've been, and I hope to mitigate that by my actions; but I have, in moments of fancy, considered far sillier options, so count yourself fortunate that you're not talking to Kaiser Zorg the Unholy right now.
I went through a certain amount of agonizing on that score, believe me. My first choice would've been another Mors, since it would've given me an excuse to do all kinds of death-related imagery again, but I didn't want to use that so soon after Mors VI. I thought about going with Hasan, after the God of Wisdom, but since there's only been one Kaiser Hasan and he was ritually cast out of his bloodline, I thought it better not to go with that association. Breiza, Goddess of Peace, would've been a nice follow-up to a reign of Tranquility, but I haven't yet worked myself up to the idea of being a Kaiseress (though I suppose I could've masculinized it as Breizan or Breizius or something).I dunno about the name

House Kildare swears loyalty to the Mango Throne.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy
And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

Hm? No, you rock out loud to 11, your niftiness. I was sliding back into old habits and going to make a snide remark to Scott. Cheers!

From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki
