Imperial Order AII-9: MiniEx

[Kaiseress Anandja II]

Imperial Order AII-9

An Order to Appoint a new Minister of the Exterior

I hereby appoint Scott of Hyperborea Minister of the Exterior. Scott has expressed his loyalty to Shireroth by offering to serve in this position and I thank him for that.

[Scott of Hyperborea]

Thank you for the appointment, Your Niftiness. I intend to serve to the best of my abilities while concealing my hatred and contempt for all foreigners just far enough below the surface that I can plausibly deny it if asked outright.

Please PM me, or post in my office, some information about what sort of foreign affairs you want me to conduct during your reign.
