An Order to Provide for the Merging of New Jasonia and Audentior

1. The current counties of New Jasonia and Audentior shall be merged to form the County of Sermolot. I direct the Minister of the Interior to make the necessary changes, with the approval of Baron Kildare. The new County of Sermolot shall be held by Baron Kildare at my pleasure.

It doesn't solve all Kildarian problems, but it at least unites the core lands of Antya (with exception of Blackrock, which hosts the capital of Kildare) and Sermolot.

The Kildarian problems as you call them will be there for as long as you think they are. This is the furthest of my willingness to compromise. I want to see an equal amount of compromise from your end.

Thankyou, your Imperial Niftiness, for this generous decision. This will ensure that so long as Jonas remains a part of House Kildare, we shall have the county where our Dutches are traditionally crowned; and we shall have the very foundation of Apollo culture upon which we were founded. If we could also have our capital, Blackrock, back, as was suggested in your first Imperial Proclamation, I would be quite content that Kildare would then have it's current 'fair share' of land, as your Niftiness would define it.

However, I do regret to inform you that it would appear that the absence of one member of House Kildare has gone on for too long to consider him still alive. William Payne has not been seen in these lands since the month of March; and while I sincerely hope that this most loyal of Kildarians shall return; as indeed I hope that Austi Scott and Sebastien Alexandre will also return; until that joyous day, I do not think we can, in good conscience, continue to hold land in his stead. To that end, I would suggest that the Imperial Government reclaim Vervollkomung and the Hawshire Protectorate; until such time as William can return and reclaim them.

I am thinking along those very lines as well, both in regards to Blackrock and to Vervollkommnung and Hawshire. New rules will be issued during the weekend that hopefully will address all these issues.

The Imperial Government will hold Hawshire as a county with special status. It will only be awarded to another individual if extensive guarantees are given regarding its culture and development, and if William returns, he will of course have it back.
