Ummm... Wait for an issue to come up? Bring up ideas for Treaties. Fix treaties and put them forth for vote? Right now the Commonwealth has no crisis or things it needs to deal with. We got the SCUE working and running smoothly. Nothing has needs to be done, so we wait?
