Considering baronies are up to the whims of a duke, your admittance of a lack of input on this topic is appreciated. And yes, I am mostly only hostile to you when you try to meddle in Goldshire affairs. Which is all the time.
Though, that said, that map is pretty vague with all the lines crisscrossing it. If you could clarify it somehow I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to make a version of the map with colors for each barony.
The Order of Vajra warmly welcomes Leo Fenir to its ranks. Our goal to be known as the best fighting force in Shireroth grows that much closer.
The purple lines are the boundaries between the baronies. In the south is Khorze, in the center is Parvatvana, and in the west/north is Ynnraile. The crisscrossing red lines are roads. There are no counties in Khorze and Parvatvana while the new Ynnraile has all its old counties except Syrelwynn. However when making an official map, please ignore the county boundries you might find on the previous maps and replicate the lines seen in this map as they cut across some former county lines. There are only two purple lines- boundary between Ynnraile and Parvatvana and the boundary between Parvatvana and Khorze.
Also, you took Syrelwynn from Ynnraile? I shall revenge, eventually, if I get around to it!
It was required administratively. Syrelwynn can still exist as a county in the new Barony if needed anyhow. Three Baronies are needed in order to ensure more political spread to different people and more individualized cultural development throughout the Duchy.
What I don't understand: Vasroe just gave up being Baron of Ynnraile...and now he's being given another barony? Is he going to greedily sell that one to the highest bidder as well?
