You want a bounty system here, too?

In order to encourage more work be done in Brookshire and its holdings, why don't we have a bounty system here? Well, if the government wants to bountify things here, that's good, but we should be able to encourage that as well.

For example, if Harald did some massive work here in terms of law, and Erik in terms of stories, etc, that should both be valued and bountied.

For what we in Brookshire consider worthy, the people in Shirekeep might not...

But in order to have a bounty system in Brookshire we would need money. In that case we would have to tax people here, as often as needed. Maybe a percentage tax on every person who has more than, say, 3000 erb in his/her accounts...

I realize this may sound controversial, but I just had this little idea and it's better we have this idea before someone else has it.
