Interesting that you chose Elwynn, by the way, Björn. Simulationist speaking, there is a Jewish community in Cape Farewell, on the peninsula of Judaland ("Land of Judah/Jews"), with the small settlements of Zadokion, Melchizek-Michaëlion and Emmanuëlion.
The "ion"-suffix actually stems from a proto-Hurmu word meaning "revered place of". Thanks to the vibrancy of the Jewish community of Cape Farewell, the Elw of the Northern Reaches, established good contacts with the Elfinshi and Elwynnese of Ashkenatza, ending in a significant exodus of Elw from Cape Farewell to Ashkenatza's Trans-Elwynnese region.
As such, I would recommend Cape Farewell

It is after all... empty :P
But... that is just ONE aspect of all of your interests.
You are also a Viking, Björn, so perhaps somewhere in Nordland might suit you? Avaldsnes is free, I suppose...
Oh don't mind me, I'm no official here, just a by-passer happy with a new immigration!
