Since you asked.
Voting Regulations
a. A vote is open for a maximum of 7 days.
b. If a vote receives more favorable votes then unfavorable votes, then it passes.
c. A quorum must be achieved for a vote to pass.
d. Quorum shall consist of half of all member nations or more.
e. Treaty Amendments have no time limit.
f. A vote of 'Abstain' will not count as a 'Favorable' or 'Unfavorable' vote, but simply count that the nation registered a vote for purposes of quorum.
1. "favorable votes than unfavorable votes"
2. It isn't the vote that passes, it is the measure voted on. Applies to b and c.
3. A quorum is a specific limit, not a certain number or more. So I think "or more" should be dropped in d.
