The Benacian Commonwealth

[Kaiser Metzler I]

I have a plan... We join with Machiavellia and one other nation and form the Benacian Commonwealth.. basically.. each nation governs its self indepentant... but they share foreign affairs.. forgien affairs would be controled by the Commonwealth Parliament. the Parliament would consist of a rep from each nation. these reps would have the power to: Sign Treaties, Recognize nations, make alliances, choose ambassadors and declare war. all the nations in the commonwealth would have open citizenship with any other nation in the commonwealth.. but no dual citizenship outside of it...Interested foley? Sounds good so far, but really all depends on what the 3rd nation is to be -Commander in Chief PatrickDuke of The Duchy of KildareCommander in Chief, Republic of Shireroth DoDMinister of Foreign Affairs, Republic of ShirerothCommisioner, Federation of Micronational FootballBlood Alone Turns the Wheels of History
