Because the last time I looked at the Shirerithian map, I went:
"Wait, what? Isn't that Elwynn? It looks like it should be part of Elwynn. Oh wait...that's BROOKSHIRE."

I propose we continue our efforts to obtain the Barony of Ynnraile. Or perhaps we could start with a county?

I also propose that we offer a trade of Ynnraile for Agnesia, which no one really likes. In order to keep conformity of the land mass, we could separate Agnesia from the Elwynnese main land using ISI technology and then tow it to Brookshire on magic dolphins, where we could re-attach it using ISI technology. Because ISI technology can do anything.

We could probably get away with annexing it, since no one freaking lives in Brookshire except the Duke. NOT that I advocate that, I merely point out that annexation exists as an action in general.

Failing that, I propose we cut Ynnraile off using the aforementioned technology, lift it into the air with magic pigeons, and drop it on Ocia. If we can't have it, NO ONE CAN.
