LOA, already

Woo, i'm going on a LOA starting tomorrow probably, might post tomorrow, might not, apparently I'm being woken up only when it becomes totally necessary to wake me up so i can shower and get to the car to go to the airport to go to turkey.


I might be able to get internet in Turkey, might not, always an unknown.

gladlythis holiday I don't have to do a forumcheck while on holiday :P (first time in years)

How was the Turkey?

very hot.

painfully hot at times.

even with AC it was way too hot

and apparently you can't just sit in the room in front of the AC all week on a holiday, so you must go outside, where there is no AC. it is then painfully hot.

Lots of Brits do - we vie with the Russians to see who can most obnoxiously offend the Turkish national sensibility.

We british people often go to hot places for "vacations" or holidays as we call them on this side of the pond, then we spend the entire time complaining about the temperature and local people/culture/places.

Oh, for once the Americans aren't in the top spot for annoyance? Hot damn, that never happens.

hmm, well, we complain about local people and cultures, not bomb them to oblivion, we win :P


until you consider we also went and conquered them all, raped their crops and burnt down their women. :P

never let him on a turkish beach then (note: who the hell sells corn as a beach food?!?!?! (apparently the turkish do, also, toffee apples?!))
