Comes from the Writ of Cessavit under English Law which concerns tenants who abandon their tenure. Which I suppose would make the first Cessor in actual fact Kaiser Mog.

LOL - no need to be sorry - I didn't say "in fact" the first Cessor - I said "First Official" Cessor.

Besides, here in Shireroth it has a different definition. Any noble or minister, the Steward, the arbiter - others with a title can order me to do small jobs for them. That is the how the Cessor position is to be taken by everyone.
