The Kaiser has been kidnapped by hobgoblins! Oh, wait, nevermind, that's the Duke of Elwynn. After being rescued, his Grace was seized by supernatural powers and is now in a coma. Professional Magician and EMT Andreas the Wise has been called.

Instead of being exciting like that, the Kaiser has vanished, leaving the Steward with an undeserved sense of power. ONLY MALARBOR MAY CREATE LEGAL FALLACIES!!!
