I hereby renounce my citizenship for it is no longer allowed for me to hold citizenship in Shireroth, effective upon annotation by the Minister of Immigration and Naturalization.

The Amendment to the Emperor's Code is being voted on as we speak (with all votes being AYE so far), so Harald should be allowed a Shirerithian citizenship again shortly.
