Shire Bank

Post by Andreas the Wise »

Can't find the old thread for updates ...

Erik, can you make it so that all accounts can view the amount of money each person has, instead of viewing a by-Duchy summary? We'll pay 250 erb for that work (because Admin can already do it and so it should be fairly easy).
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

By the way, the reward for this job will be needed soonish... though, not by me. I'd like you to transfer the 250 erb to Shyriath ASAP :).

Ari, next time you edit the bank, consult me. I was in the middle of implementing some changes to it when I last worked on it. But I never finished. Since it was just one page I just took the page and renamed what needed to be fixed.

But I still wanna implement the internationalized version of the bank.

I've probably missed something, but why can everyone see everyone else's money now?

That was the point of the update. It seemed stupid not to be able to see eachother's money (now inter Duchy finances are irrelevant), since in every other micronational bank I know you can.

oh yeah, reminds me - my bank account appears for the wrong Duchy - can that be fixed, or does it really matter?

I believe I can fix that.

You wanted Kildare, yes? You are Kildarian now.

Let me begin this post by profusely apologising for resurrecting an old thread etc.

I thought the feature of not being able to see each other's monies was purposefully put in. Is it only in the UK that people are reserved about making public the following things: earnings, price of house/rent, current bank balance?

I have heard that many in Sweden are also reserved about that. Although I can't remember where I heard it from.
