Imperial Decree #358: Annoying the Kaiser

Post by Kaiser Agni I »

The following shall be added to Chapter V of the Lawbook.
C. Annoying the Kaiser
1. Annoying the hell out of the Kaiser shall be punishable by Catapult.
2. Playing the drums in the apartment above the Kaiser's is considered annoying beyond the first degree.
3. Having a fan on so high, in the room above the Kaiser's, that is makes the Kaiser's bedroom hum and pulsate all night, keeping him awake till ungodly hours of the morning is considered beyond annoying in the first degree.

Of the Lawbook or the Decreebook?
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.

Ok, somewhere I had the idea that Decrees could only go into the Decreebook and the lawbook was Landsraad territory ...

The Kaiser may use decrees in anyway he likes and they don't have to go in the DecreeBook. The LawBook is inferior to decrees. Therefore, and partly because of tradition, the Kaiser can edit the LawBook.

Actually, I like the Catapult, Your Niftiness. :worship
From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

I prefere putting things in the Lawbook cause I see no real reason to use the Decreebook. Honestly, I want to do away with the Decreebook, but some law just needs to be at that level. So I only put things that the Landsraad couldn't do in the decreebook.
