Post by Syr William »

I have a question. Can I sign a Treaty-in-a-Can with another nation,or do I have to send it through the Landsraad first.I understand things like Military pacts and the such have to go thorugh the Landsraad, but I;m unsure about Treaties-in-a-Can.

Send it through the Landsraad or Kaiser.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

As the MiniEx you have the power to sign treaties, but they will only take effect once the Kaiser or the Landsraad has ratified them. :)

Signing a treaty is a statement from a government and has certain legal implications even if it isn't signed. Duke Michael of Brookshire might be able to explain this more.

If you just ask me the nation and give me some basic info, I can authorize you to sign it. Just bring it by my court.

Well... OK, let's put it this way: If the MiniEx signs a treaty, it's considered signed by Shireroth. If the Kaiser signs a trety, it's considered ratified by Shireroth. Make sense?

Sure... As far as I'm concerned, if I authorize him to sign it, or I sign it myself.. either way.. it's valid...
