Treaty of General Membership to the Small Commonwealth

1. There is a commonwealth, called the Small Commonwealth, which shall consist of all signatory members of this Treaty. All member nations may send one representative to the Commonwealth Assembly.

2. Nations wishing to join the commonwealth must be approved by the Commonwealth Assembling with at least a 1/3rd plurality. If rejected, a nation may reapply in 3 months.

3. The commonwealth's day to day operations are headed and overseen by a chairman known as the Primate which shall be a permanent position once appointed by the Commonwealth Assembly. The Primate oversees the Commonwealth Assembly.

4. At any time the Commonwealth Assembly may hold a vote of no confidence and remove the current Primate. A simple majority (50%+1) is needed to remove a Primate and elect a new one. This vote is managed by the representative who proposed it.

5. Nations may leave at any time, but must give public notice of their intent to leave this treaty for it to be recognized. Upon leaving this treaty the departing nation is removed from all other treaties dependent upon this one.

6. This treaty may be amended by the Commonwealth Assembly with a 3/4th (75.0%) majority.

Verdrag tot Algemeen Lidmaatschap van het Kleine Gemenebest

1. Er is een gemenebest, het Kleine Gemenebest genaamd, dat zal bestaan uit alle leden die dit Verdrag hebben ondertekend. Alle lidstaten mogen een vertegenwoordiger naar de Commonwealth Assembly sturen.

2. Naties die willen toetreden tot het Gemenebest moeten goedgekeurd worden door de Commonwealth Assembly met minstens 1/3de meerderheid. Indien de toetreding is verworpen, mag men zich drie maanden later opnieuw aanmelden.

3. Het dagelijkse bestuur van het gemenebest ligt in handen van en wordt overzien door een voorzitter gekend als Primate, dit is een permanent ambt dat wordt aangeduid door de Commonwealth Assembly. De Primate overziet de Commonwealth Assembly.

4. Op elk moment mag de Commonwealth Assembly een motie van wantrouwen indienen en de Primate afzetten. Een gewone meerderheid (50%+1) is nodig om de Primate af te zetten en een nieuwe the verkiezen. Deze stemming wordt beheerd door de vertegenwoordiger die het voorgesteld heeft.

Small Convention on Forum Based Weapons

1. Any nation who has signed the General Membership Treaty may sign this Small Convention on Forum Based Weapons.

2. All signatory nations agree to refrain from and condemn the use of Forum Based Weapons.

3. Forum Based Weapons include any weapon meant to disrupted, prohibit or undermine the operation of a nation's forum or other means of public communications.

3a. Known Forum Weapons include, but are not limited to, Smiley Bombs, Spam Cannons, Posts with disruptive embedded scripts, and manual spamming of forums.

4. The use of Forum Based Weapons against a nation is considered a hostile and aggressive act of malevolent intent, intended to inflict harm upon said nation.

5. Upon giving notice, any signatory nation may exit this treaty.

6. This treaty may be amended by a 3/4ths majority of signatory nations.
