Resignation as Assistant Arbiter
Only distantly related to my grumpiness about the charter, I hereby resign as Assistant Arbiter of the Imperial Judex.
I will be graduating soon from college. So my time/interests will soon change.
Also, I desire another job in the nation now, one I cannot hold while a member of the Judex...

I think I do. There are only so many jobs that have such a restriction as this.Erik Mortis wrote:You don't even know what I have in mind.

He wants the Throne and the Power.
Who doesn't?
Besides me, that is. And maybe Ric.

Re: Resignation as Assistant Arbiter
I do want the Throne. But assuming Corey keeps to our discussion on the matter, that won't be till the end of his reign. I have no intention of seeking to shorten his reign. In 3ish months, when the traditional age of a Kaiser's reign is over, assuming he doesn't just do a name change, I hope to be Kaiser. (No, you don't Have to give up the throne after 3 months, you can just change names and move on...)
However, there are other jobs in the nation that being a member of the Judex would interfere with. While serving as an (Assistant)Arbiter, I cannot be Kaiser, Steward or Praetor. All these jobs are considered separate.

Considering your aspirations, I have a good idea which job you want.

Not necessarily.
I don't want to say what job I'm now seeking, because of political and personal reasons.

I've been a Zatriarch, Elector, Chairman, President, and Khan.
At least let me add Kaiser to those!

I have constructive ways to deal with those times... (as I've proven time and again)
