Ah, I see.
So this will deal with relatively small-scale Duchy development- still (I hope) leaving considerable autonomy to the Counts and Barons? Sounds good.
Does M'Lord Brookshire desire a plan of the Kehl to be added to the map of Brookshire Hamlet I'm currently designing?
If so, please specify the building's design plan.

The Barons will still be quite autonomous. The Kehl will, as you said, handle Duchy development and legislation.

I do want the Kehl added, as well as my palace. I will get back to you with a plan for the Kehl at least.
