Is there anything the Kaiser can do to speed things along, slow them down, enemies to slap down, friends to cheer on?

You could tell Kildare to finish their civil war or at least figure out what they want their duchy to look like at its end, and give someone (preferably Scott) permission to finish the restructuring of Elwynn, so I can finally get the second phase of the map consistency project underway
