That's from end of grade 11 (2006) if you're wondering.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

Me: Who's Ofiga? Some obscure Bible character? Lemme play that again...
Video: "Ofiga was climbing up the mountain..."
Me: *looks for Ofiga on Wikipedia* I got nothing. Lemme try one more time...
Video: "Ofiga was climbing up the mountain. The figure was carrying two jars..."
Me: Stupid Australian accent!

Andreas has a sorta Harry Potter look going, don't you think?

I looked up my original word doc ... I don't think I ever named the characters ....

And yeah, I've got that (the Harry Potter comment) a lot, though less so the last few years.

I used to get that comment, and I would reply that since I was older than Harry Potter was even conceptualized, technically, Harry Potter looked like me. It didn't seem to work, but then again the kind of people who throw that around as an insult aren't usually the sharpest tools in the box to start with.

We met some Australians on the trip. The nice band was playing music, and they did "Oh, Canada (seulment en anglais) and the "Star-Spangled Banner". The lady next to us said, "What about the Australians?".

I told her I new the tune but not the words. I hummed and she sang. A wonderful moment!

Jake,

There is business in Montreal again? I thought all of our Canadian-based corporations were only staying afloat because of government subsidy.

Oh, and to the American view, Bombardier Inc. is pronounced "Bom-bard-i-ya" not "Bom-ba-dir".

It was for a government sponsored story telling competition. State final. My school entered me because I one the story-telling part of the school Speakcomp. The irony was, turned out I was the only person entered in the "story telling" part ... most of the schools were in the "story dance" segment ...

No, not Montreal. Quebec. Lunch at Aux Anciennes Canadienne. (I'll correct the spelling later.), a quick visit with friends at that stop.

The trip was great, including the incident at sea.
