Rai Avon-El, our current assistant registrar during the official registrar's hospital stay (which I hope will be short and end with her in better health again), should be along soon to approve this immigration. Even if he isn't (he has a habit of occasionally falling off the face of Micras), everything seems to be in order with the form, and I can vouch for this man as a promising micronationalist and culturebuilder .
