The only real reason I wanted to inflate the economy was to have the decimals mean something more easily translatable to real life (like .01 erb = 1 USD or so.)Anyways, as Andreas has been pointing out, trying to convert it to RL money is rather useless. Think of it as what it is - % vote in the Landsraad. A .002% vote is pretty worthless. Even if that value is 10 erb, no one will care about it.
As for actual products, that's the main problem in all micronational economies. We're working on it.
(That is, we're still thinking hard, because Straylight is so poor we need something to sell. :P We'll figure it out eventually.)
