I disapprove of this bill. I don't think that people should get money just for getting a title. What is your position on this, Your Grace?

I'm inclined to echo your disapproval. A Noble appointment is not a self-acquired hard-won effort requiring recompense; it is a gift conferred by the relevant higher authority and a reward in itself. I preferred the option of 50 erb to help new citizens get started, but nothing more.
