Reducing the Citizenship Bounty

Well on the Elwynn/Brookshire thing, Elwynn is rolling in the dough ... (I haven't noticed Harold or Ardy giving away 100 erb yet ...)

If we did drop positional bounties, we must certainly retain the new citizens getting 50 thing, otherwise its just to hard for them to get started.

EDIT: You know what, we're not reaching consensus ... so why not let the Dukes just sort it out?

Indeed, the problem is, they *could* just form three or four baronies, point at Brookshire to justify having everyone as a baron, and immediately rake in 150-200 erb... or could they? The economy is starting to confuse even me

Actually, Elwynn couldn't. You only get money if the citizen has not yet been a baron. Ardy and Harold have already been paid at Steward level, so don't get any more money unless they become Kaiser. Hesam and Ayreon have been Kaiser and got said money. Elwynn can't create more dough that way ...
