Actually, Scott's freedom is not in jeapardy. He quit using the papel Yvain Wintersong before it became illegal to impersonate someone else except for roleplay or fantasy (btw, the law is not retroactive). He has not perpetrated a double membership fraud, or injured Shireroth through malicious intent. Ask the Kaiser (Ric) or the Arbiter (Erik) or the Assistant Arbiter (Mike). I'm sure they would confirm this. I'm sure you can find real injustices to tilt at...
