It was our intent to protect our Steward by concealing his identity. However, the Empire deserves to know that there is a Steward among them, so that the Landsraad will not feel the need to fill a void.

Therefore, it pleases us to name Jess, Baron of the Holy Lands of Shireroth, as our Steward.

It further please me to Name the Steward and the Duke of Kildare as our Advisory Council.

More may be added to this council at a later time.
