Here the Kaiser can place his messages to the people of Loyalist Shireroth.

With the approval of the Kaiser I'm in charge of the Loyalist forces in the open. The MoMa isn't fired.
New recruits are welcome to join the Loyalist armies and fight for there Kaiser!

Loyalist would mean those who follow the will of the last accepted Kaiser. In this case, "Kaiser Hasan". Where as rebels would follow those who call for rebellion, in this case Jacobus.
