Just a friendly question: Why didn't you make the promise as an official oath, as described in Chapter VII, part D of the LawBook?

No one knows the law. :p

The Ministries was the next thing on my list to deal with after the Local Prerogative. MoMA doesn't even exist iirc.

The Kaiser can create any ministry he wishes. Perhaps there's some old decree that created the MoMA?

Prolly. There are certainly more recent ones where a MoMA himself is appointed.

You can't blame the Gods that they are just like people... and betray them... :(
From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

- I removed all members of the "Global moderators" group (those being Ari Rahikkala, Erik Mortis, Kaiser Mors V, and Scott of Hyperborea). All of these accounts have the founder bit set anyway. The only visible change should be that Kaiser Mors V is not listed in sickly bright green anymore.
- while I was at it, removed the founder bit from Kaiser Mors V...
