Having the guy who's going to apply those changes contact me personally should help things along a bit. I've been holding out on our super-seekrit board code for long enough...
Liam, you're the most influential and generally, uh, Shirithian citizen of Straylight around after me, so you'll be my emissary to the Landsraad until I'm gone. I've gone ahead and given you posting rights. (I suggest you use them to repost that treaty with Alexandria, but this time mind the protocols of the Landsraad - namely, post it in a new thread, and give it a new name).
Also, Liam, since you said you'd be going on LOA... if you do, please hand over the emissaryship to Bayen. I also gave him posting rights in the Landsraad.
Oh, and Liam, please don't petition the Landsraad to name you count of Blavatsky or anything like that
