.You see, this forum currently exists because, well, I created it. I consider it a creative misuse of the lack of legislation over forum administration in Shireroth. For convenience, if it makes you happier, I guess we could consider this forum part of Straylight, but I prefer to think it's a legally completely separate forum that just happens to be hosted in Shireroth.
In other words, I reserve the right to do what I wish with this forum. Hear this, then:

The land claim that's meant to go to the Vrystaat is in danger because of the existence of this forum - as long as the forum is hosted here, the land claim is practically a Shirithian one, for pretty much any purpose except Shirithian law. As things are, I think we can agree that we can trust the MCS wouldn't accept such a claim.
Shireroth's integrity on the intermicronational scene is in danger for the same reasons.
So, in order to minimise this danger, ten days from now I will archive this forum. You have until then to find an alternative place to host it.
BTW, a slight amendment to my counterproposal: Since you seem to be doing pretty well at the getting-some-distance-between-you-and-the-Landsraad thing, I'll relax my demands. Just host the nation somewhere outside of Shireroth, and I promise to be personally involved in its functioning. Seek to keep it inside Shireroth, though, and... I can make no promises.
