The Khan-Bellamy accord

Article One.

Articles three to seven of the Treaty of Capitulation signed on the part of the Kingdom of Bosworth and the Imperial Republic of Shireroth on May 29, 2008, shall be by mutual consent revoked.

Article Two.

The Imperial Republic of Shireroth, satisfied that there has been no substansive breach of the local truce agreed on June 21, 2008, deems the Duchy of Gascony to be pacified and that the Kingdom of Bosworth is in a position to be adjudged as pacified within a reasonable timeframe.

Article Three.

The Imperial Republic of Shireroth shall commit to a phased withdrawal of Imperial Volunteer Forces from the Duchy of Gascony. Retreating to the Isle of St. Jean and the March of Lannion by June 29, 2008 and exiting the territory completely by July 01, 2008.

Article Four.

The Imperial Republic of Shireroth abjures all claims to the crown and sovereignty of the Kingdom of Bosworth and over the peoples of Bosworth. The Imperial Republic of Shireroth shall respect the principle of national self-determination with regards to the final Constitutional Settlement in the Kingdom of Bosworth.

Article Five.

The Kingdom of Bosworth agrees to lift all barriers to free trade between the Kingdom of Bosworth and the Imperial Republic of Shireroth.

Article Six.

The Kingdom of Bosworth shall grant concessions to the Imperial Republic of Shireroth for the extraction of 30% of the mineral and resource wealth of the Kingdom of Bosworth subject to the Imperial Republic of Shireroth providing the requisite investment and infrastructure to facilitate the extraction processes. This shall include a 40% share in the Gascon Gas Fields granted to Osman-Almagro Industries (OAH) in return for the development of the fields to a state where commercial extraction is possible.

The Minister of Trade for the Imperial Republic of Shireroth shall finalise these arrangements in bi-lateral discussions with his counterpart in the Kingdom of Bosworth.

Article Seven.

There shall be a perpetual peace between the Kingdom of Bosworth and the Imperial Republic of Shireroth.

Article Eight.

The Shirerithian version of this text shall be considered to be authentic.

Signatures of ratification shall be deposited at the Ministry of External Affairs, Shirekeep.
