Resolution: Cease all current MCS claims 5-18-2008

Whereas: We have lots of land.
Whereas: We really don't need to keep angering the MCS with claims.
Whereas: We want to keep the land we have.
Whereas: We keep making people suggest reducing us with our constant attempts to expand.

Therefore: The Landsraad orders that all current claims before the MCS for approval be rescinded, and no further claims be made for a minimum of 3 months from the passing of this resolution.

Yes, you can vote. But the whole basis of the system of money is that I, as your citizen, can abstain my vote from yours. I can't vote the opposite way to you, but I can choose whether my votes count towards yours or not. And I'm abstaining my 100 until it has been discussed what affect this policy would have on the current war.

Erik, see my post in the other thread about this. We can easily just drop the bit about the barons. If they want to withdraw their support from their duke during a vote, they can make an account transfer themselves to another account in someone elses Duchy. This way its up to them to do the work. but it doesn't stop them from withdrawing their support if they really want to.
