Imperial Order 005: New Kaiser Stuff
Alrighty, let's get down to business.
I'm going to be a rather domestically-focussed Kaiser, therefore:
A. The following ministries are ordered to answer primarily to the Landsraad
1. Ministry of the Exterior
2. Ministry of Military Affairs
3. Ministry of Trade
B. The remaining three ministries will answer primarily to the Kaiser.
C. This arrangement will be valid only during my reign.
Also, since it's pretty much standard procedure at this point:
D. Shyriath shall be Steward of Shireroth, and is requested to choose a deputy steward just in case. (I expect to be a reasonably active Kaiser, so this isn't particularly indent)

Your Niftiness, I want to congratulate You with Your Throne. However, for the love of accuracy, please... please... please don't add 'XII' behind Your name. It 's confusing for the historians.
From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

All Hail Kaiser Fish XII! Melangia again swear their allegiance to the Mango Throne and the mighty non-demon-Fish that sits upon it.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy
And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

Maybe it should be spelled out like a proper name?
Kaiser Fish Twelfth?
Kaiser Fish Twelfth?

Or maybe they're like timelords and you only get thirteen, tops.

Yes, but the Timelord Council (you know, the ones the Doctor killed) can grant 12 more regenerations. They resurrected the Master for the timewar.

There was a separate case, he stole it off another Timelord.

Re: Imperial Order 005: New Kaiser Stuff
With the Masters death, the Doctor is the last Timelord (unless you count his daughter) and wouldn't steal lives off a timelord anyway.

Re: Imperial Order 005: New Kaiser Stuff
No, the Time Lords killed the Time Lords.
Or was it the Daleks? Nobody can remember.

The latest we know is that the Doctor used something called "the moment" and destroyed both the Timelords (and Gallifrey) and the Daleks at once.Demon of Fides wrote:The Doctor destroyed everything in the Time War, the Master gloats about that in The Sound of Drums

At the time, certainly. Unleashing Hell and then ascending to a higher non-corporeal form is quite jerk like.
