Re: Immigration
(moved this thread to the MiniImNat. Sorry about that, we're a bit bureaucratic here sometimes; goes with the territory.)
Well, I guess I'll be the first to welcome you then. I'm noot actually sure we have a passport...? Might be that someone's posted something akin to one sometime in the past, but we'll have been around for ten years in a few months and we're more about community than the trappings of nationhood, so at least I've forgotten about that by now.
For the purpose of citizenship you might want to fill out this vaguely form-ish thing, not because the formality is important, but because we like knowing about each other, and you were not very verbose in your post

I really think you should open your tavern in Brookshire. We can even throw in a county for you to play with as well as all the licenses you need (which are none).

You any relation of this chap? I think in the end we ate him. Seasoning was a little off, needed more salt and a dash of pepper. So, now that winter is closing in, it's good to know there's more yellow pork where he came from.

Re: Immigration
Ah, yes. Meet the first specialty of Shirithian culture a lot of new immigrants tend to be subjected to: The gaggle of Dukes all trying to convince you that their Duchy is the one to join. Well, except for me, I'm the Duke of Straylight but I try to recruit people to whichever Duchy seems most appropriate instead of just my own. It doesn't make the new guy feel as popular but it just seems more fair to me.
So about the question at hand... how about Goldshire? There's sure to be a place for your tavern in the verdant countryside, and I'm sure the Duke would appreciate a fresh citizen when his fief was only so recently reinstated.

I was more after propositioning him as dinner rather than seeking to recruit him...

The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy
And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).
