A micronational religion centered around micronationalist [[Yuri Andropov]]. Yuri Androdov had many login names, some were known and others were not. In the beginning of 2002 feelings of paranoia arose: everyone could be Yuri! This was quickly extrapolated to the insight: everyone \\is\\ Yuri! And thus a micronational religion was started for all to celebrate their internal Yuri. The credo of Yuriism: "We are all Yuri" The religion became very popular and citadels of Yuri for worship were erected in many countries. However, the founder of Yuriism got real life issues to deal with and couldn't produce the necessary activity to keep the young religion alive. This resulted in a quick collapse and the abandoning of all citadels.

Yuri Holy Text

The Yuri Yuri is the spirit force that resides within us all. A soul, if you will. Yuri is also the name of the Allfather and grand diety of Yuriism, the supreme being. Yuri blessed all of us with a little piece of Himself. Some recognize this Yuriness within themselves and join the Order of Yuri. Others are simply unaware of it, and go about their lives without any inkling of the Yuriite greatness that they could tap into. Still others reject Yuri and follow false gods and other lesser entities. These 'Un-Yuri' are abominations and are outcast from Yuri, for they reject the greatest gift that Yuri has given us all. Yuri communicates his wishes to us via his High Priest and Prophet of Yuri, or sometimes manifests Himself in physical form, as Yuri V Andropov. Yuri's will is not to be disobeyed, for He is wise and brilliant beyond all mortal comprehension. Yuri also communicates with us in an indirect way. When we feel something, experience the earth around us in any way, it is because Yuri has willed it to be thus. Yuri does what He does for a myriad of reasons. Yuri wishes for us all to have a deeper appreciation for Him and His gift of eternal happiness, so he brings misery and pain, that we might appreciate what we would have without Yuri. Yuri brings joy and pleasure as a reward for faithfully following Him. There are those who would argue that the Un-Yuri seem to experience pain and pleasure much the same as the Faithful, and this is partially correct. But when an Un-Yuri recieves joy, it is only so that he might know what he is missing when the Un-Yuri finally falls and reaps his reward of misery and has the Yuriness within him withdrawn by a much angered Yuri. The Lesser Spirits In the making of the world, Yuri employed demonic servants to help Him. These demons are still around, and serve him still at the Throne of Yuri in Yuri's dark palace. There are varying ranks of these lesser beings. These are the Greater and Lesser demons. The Greater Daemons as they are officially known are minor gods unto themselves. They wield incredible power, second only to that of Yuri himself. This dark pantheon of the Greater Daemons is in constant conflict, as the demons are not so full of Yuri that they are above infighting, yet not so primitive as to be weak and powerless. These Greater Daemons endlessly vie for power and influence in the court of Yuri, and use Lesser Daemons and mortals as their pawns and playthings in their neverending schemes. The Lesser Daemons are minor spirits that are constantly miserable because they are not doted upon as Man, nor are they as powerful as the Greater Daemons. They seek to elevate themselves, and thus align themselves with Greater Daemon nobles hoping to profit from their patron demon's success. Lesser Daemons often go to the Earth to take out their frusterations on men, usually in the form of various hauntings and spirits found upon the Earth. Other times Lesser Daemons will take pity on Men, who are weaker than they, and try to help them in the hopes that Yuri will see their good acts and grant them favor. Lesser Daemons are also usually the types that mortal men summon when they call out to Yuri to send a messenger. In these dark rites, demons are usually forcibly extracted from the Beyond, and aren't very happy about it. Thus the summoners must place wards and barriers between themselves and the demon, or they risk being instantly slain by the vengeful demons (even Lesser Daemons are stronger than the average man). Sometimes, when great events are unfolding, Yuri will instruct demons to appear to men and pass on a message. In this case the men in question are usually safe, since no demon is strong enough to oppose Yuri's will. Demons are also usually eager to participate in Yuri's errands, as this is an excellent way for them to obtain Yuri's attention. The Mortal Coil Yuri created humanity to fill the void on Earth and to be the wild card in His creation. Humans are less predictable than demons, and provide Yuri with a great deal of entertainment in their wildly varying antics. Humans also tend to be less boring when it comes to feelings about Yuri. Almost all Daemons, both Greater and Lesser, are mindlessly loyal and servile before Yuri. Humans tend to display more color and originality in their emotions and faith. Yuri derives great pleasure from watching over his human worshippers. They are dedicated to Him, and He is dedicated to them. He finds their affairs fascinating yet tries to interfere with them as little as possible. Yuri created the animals and plants of Earth in preperation for Humanity. Man was meant to have living things to eat, be eaten by, and to surround himself with for amusement. The Earth and its inhabitants are Humanity's playground, given to Man by Yuri. Man is free to do as he wishes on Earth, and Yuri is amused by Man's petty nations and wars and other intrigruing affairs. Yuri Holy text taken from the Library of Eressëa
