In a post that has, thankfully, relieved the editors from reporting constantly on Cyberia and rivals thereof for a headline, Lady Hypatia Agnesi, Dutchess of Kildare and Virgin Priestess of Ryvenna (Goddess of Kink), has returned from her longer-than-expected LOA to much fanfare and celebration. We're not sure what she was doing during her absence, save that it involved the Three Musketeers and that she got sick afterward. But she did say this:

"I'm most of the way through writing a giant paper (for my Science Fiction/Fantasy class) on the uses and aspects of dystopias in literature, and I'm planning on posting it in the Library when I finish it. It's going to be about 22 pages when it's finished, but it's worth reading if you like literature."

She was, upon her return, presented with a callamen-hide whip by the Head Priest of B'caw.

Yeah, You Knew It Was Coming. The draft treaty between the VCC and the RCC has been written and appears to be largely acceptable to both sides, and it seems that the conflict between the two entities is only a short time away from ending once and for all. Save for working on an addition of an article on mutual pardoning for any past crimes, Technarchus Dunkin has expressed his satisfaction with the treaty, which was written by Mr. Grieve.

The Treaty provides not only for the creation of a peace between the VCC and RCC, but also for the enforcement of such a peace by Shireroth. As such, Shireroth will be a signatory to the treaty, along with the two sides.
