Varja

Varja was a communist micronation founded in 2002 in the northwestern corner of Keltia by a micronationalist known as Thoenen. It experienced very little activity, however, so the leader decided to make it more democratic. The opposition leader, Sirithil nos Feanor won by a few votes. The leader, however, claimed election fraud and refused to let her assume control of the government. This snub led Sirithil to establish Menelmacar. Varja was later annexed by Baracao before eventually fading in obscurity.
